gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad-dbg software package provides GStreamer plugins from the bad set (debug symbols), you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad-dbg
gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad-dbg *
You will get with gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
